Once you're happy to proceed, we sign a legally binding agreement. We then furnish and set up the property to a high standard - ar our expense- to get it guest-ready.
Guaranteed Rent Begins

You start receiving fixed monthly rent from us- wether the property is occupied or not.
4. We Manage Everything

From bookings and guest communication to cleaning, maintenance, and damage cover - we handle it all. You wont need to deal with tenants or issues ever again.
5. Property Returned in Excellent Condition

At the end of the agreement, your property is returned in excellent condition - professionally maintained, cleaned, and looked after throughout. In many cases, it will be in better shape than when we took it on.
